Sustainable Weight Loss Without Restrictive Dieting

If you're looking to lose weight in a healthy and sustainable way, my 8-week weight loss programme provides personalised nutrition support to help you achieve lasting results.

Over the past 15 years, I have delivered more than 2,500 consultations, helping clients improve their health through practical, evidence-based nutrition. Rather than focusing on restrictive diets or quick fixes, I work with clients to develop realistic habits that fit around their lifestyle and support long-term success.

Successful weight loss is about much more than willpower.

 

Factors such as eating habits, food choices, hunger, sleep, stress, activity levels and hormones can all influence body weight. Together, we will identify the factors most relevant to you and develop a personalised approach that supports sustainable weight loss while helping you maintain energy, enjoyment of food and overall wellbeing.

 

My goal is not simply to help you lose weight, but to help you develop habits and strategies that you can maintain long after the programme has finished.

Two Follow-Up Consultations

Two follow-up appointments to review progress, address challenges and make adjustments to your plan as needed.

Ongoing Support & Plan Adjustments

Your nutrition plan will be adapted throughout the programme in response to your progress, lifestyle and any challenges that arise, ensuring recommendations remain relevant, realistic and achievable.

Personalised Nutrition Plan

A tailored nutrition plan designed around your lifestyle, preferences and goals, providing practical recommendations that are realistic, sustainable and achievable.

Client Portal Access

Throughout the programme, you'll have access to a secure client portal where you can:

  • Log meals and snacks

  • Complete food and symptom journals

  • Record weight and body measurements

  • Track your progress over time

  • Message me with questions between appointments
