  • Initial 50-minute consultation: An in-depth one-to-one session to explore your goals, current challenges, eating patterns, and underlying factors affecting weight, such as stress, sleep, or hormonal changes.

  • Two follow-up consultations (30–45 minutes)

  • Ongoing review of progress, troubleshooting challenges, and refining recommendations to support consistency and sustainable results.

  • Fully personalised nutrition and meal plan: A tailored plan designed around your preferences, dietary requirements, and lifestyle, including recipes and shopping lists to make implementation realistic and manageable.

  • Food log and progress review: Regular review of food logs and progress updates to identify patterns, highlight what is working, and guide adjustments throughout the programme.

  • Ongoing guidance between sessions: Support via a secure client portal, allowing you to share updates, ask questions, and receive feedback as you put recommendations into practice.

  • Plan adjustments throughout the programme: Your nutrition plan is adapted as needed in response to progress, changing circumstances, or emerging challenges
