Menopause Nutrition
I offer private nutrition consultations to women going through the perimenopause and menopause transition, both online and at my clinic in London.

As a woman in my early fifties, I understand how profoundly this stage of life can affect health and wellbeing. Perimenopause and menopause bring many physical and emotional changes, but with the right nutrition and lifestyle support you do not have to feel held back by them.

My aim is to help women in midlife feel more energised, balanced and confident. We will work together to reduce the symptoms that are disrupting your daily life, while also supporting your long-term health so that you can move into the next stage feeling stronger and more in control.
How I Can Help

Every woman’s experience of menopause is different. My consultations are tailored to your individual needs and draw on the latest evidence. Together we will explore your symptoms, lifestyle and goals to create a practical plan that works for you.

Areas where I can provide support include:

-
Managing symptoms such as hot flushes, fatigue, insomnia, mood changes, bloating and anxiety
-
Addressing midlife body composition changes, including weight gain and muscle loss
-
Supporting long-term health, including bone strength, heart health and healthy ageing
-
Promoting hormonal balance to stabilise energy, focus and wellbeing
Why Nutrition Matters in Midlife

Hormonal changes can affect many aspects of how we feel and function. Nutrition is a powerful tool to:

-
Regulate blood sugar and stabilise energy
-
Support natural hormone production
-
Reduce inflammation and digestive discomfort
-
Maintain a healthy metabolism and protect long-term health
My approach is holistic and evidence-based. It looks not only at diet but also at the lifestyle factors that influence your health. The strategies we develop together will be realistic, sustainable and focused on helping you feel more like yourself again.

Next Steps
