I have a special interest in sports nutrition and over 14 years of clinical experience. I have worked for five seasons as a Club Nutritionist with Premier League football clubs Fulham FC and Watford FC, supporting players with performance nutrition, recovery strategies, body composition, immunity, and overall health. I have also lectured in Sports Nutrition at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition, combining practical experience with evidence-based teaching.
